Yes. You can switch at any time from your settings. If you switch from monthly to annual mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
If you cancel a Grow or Multiply subscription, your account downgrades to Plant at the end of your current billing period. All your existing teams, content, service plans, and docs remain fully accessible — you just won't be able to create new teams beyond the Plant limit. Your data is never deleted.
Yes, on Grow and Multiply plans. Jethro connects bidirectionally with Planning Center Services to sync your song library, arrangements, and push service plans directly to PCO.
Multiply customers can white-label Jethro with their own domain (e.g., hub.gracechurch.org), logo, and brand colors. Contact us after upgrading to request setup.
